Growing Germs in Te Kakano!

Science Fun in Te Kakano

We have been finding out about different kinds of Living Things. 

We decided to try and grow germs so we could also learn about how to clean our hands to stay healthy and where germs come from.

Do you want to see something SHOCKING and GROSS!!??

                                                  

The lemon, grey and orange blobs on the bread above are different kinds of bacteria, mould and funghi that grew on the bread over 2 weeks.

    Ka pai TK! You have been investigating an exploring living things and using the bread experiment is really powerful stuff!
