Yaldhurst HAS got Talent!

Our School Council along with Mr. Matthews organised a brilliant 'Yaldhurst Talent Show'.

We saw dancers, gymnasts, boxers, karate kids, singers, comedians and everything inbetween!

It was clearly a very difficult task to choose the finalists from all the entries but what a great job the panel of judges did, the finals were superb!

Well done to all the finalists and the winners - we are so proud of you all!

The last day of term should be fun...just like everyday!

Yaldhurst HERO's jumped at the chance to take part in the Jump Rope for Heart initiative!

We skipped our way through the afternoon with our HERO House Team mates - so it was a very colourful way to end Term 3!

Go Hillary, Edgar, Rutherford and Ormsby Houses - you were all very Healthy, Enthusiastic, Responsible and Open minded - Ka Pai!

Listen to the amazing confidence and clear voices they had in front of the whole school, whānau and a visiting judge. We were so proud of them and how they represented our class.

Loud Shirt Day 18th September

Loud Shirt day is This Friday 18th September. Don't wear school uniform on Friday. Wear a colourful top and bring a gold coin donation to support initiatives for deaf children in NZ. This is a cause very close to the hearts of the children at YMS.
