We have all done an amazing job with our Online Learning and our 'Online Class Meet's' every day - you have been YMS HERO's and so have your incredible adult helper's too! Well done!
We have made a little video to watch that walks around the Te Kākano class area so that you can SEE what it looks like before you come back. We have put it on the Learning Slides on the class website and on the HAIL notice we sent home today too :)
- There will be hand sanitiser at the school gate when you arrive. Your grown up MUST sign in outside Lynda's office BEFORE coming to class with you.
- You will walk in through the normal gates and wait for your grown up to finish.
- We are using the same door to come into the cloakroom but NOT to go out of. We are going out of the door at the end of class thank you.
- Make sure you are all keeping a safe distance from each other and let your friend sort their bag in front of you and move into the class.
- Please hang your bag on a peg with a number above it - it will be yours all that day :)
- We have 'ENTER' and 'EXIT' signs on the doors and direction arrows on the floor. IN one door OUT of the other - even first thing on a morning to play before school starts.
- We have hand sanitiser by the 'ENTRY' door to put a pea-sized blob on our hands EVERY time we come back into class especially after using the toilets!
- We will be washing and drying our hands when asked to especially snack and lunchtimes :)
- We will be able to sit at the tables where this is a little white cross of tape. These spaces are just right to keep us close enough to play and chat but safe enough too!
- Mrs T has cleaned all our resources and will do this throughout the day too. This means we can use and still play with all the things we love in TK :)
- The Castle is closed just for now because we have stored our hard to clean items inside there.
- Our wonderful playground is ope - woohoo! Just the sandpit is closed for now, and we expect EVERYONE to practice good distancing outside and play awesome games without touching anyone else or getting too close :)
We are going to do a great job together and we can't wait until we get to see you all on Monday - 3 sleeps now guys!
