We're Going to the Zoo! Learn Create Share

Student voice is central to their learning.  We asked all our children to record a holiday memory on a Post-It note so we could share this with their friends!

We have got sooooooooooo many awesome memories to share this week.

Relaxing on a hot afternoon...

Who wrote it? What's your name? What did you do? Who did you go with?

So many questions - so much sharing!

Jayden's example is that he went to visit Orana Park - this gave us the opportunity to discuss zoo animals, Where they come from and where do they live at the park?

We shared our ideas with our friends, took photos of the creations and then posted on our class Blog

The class then decided to create their own animal houses for their own animals and here are their designs.

  1. Wow TK! How amazing are you all to be already Learn, Create and Sharing! I am so very impressed. I love the different types of animal houses you have created. They all look like they would work for different types of animals. Which one do you think would work for a real animal?
